Sexual Health

Sexual Health Resources for Merced

If you are having trouble accessing LGBTQ+ healthcare in Merced, Contact us at LGBTQ Merced

Sexual health is different for LGBTQ+ people. Not all healthcare providers are equally educated on the ways LGBTQ+ have different sexual experiences, different contraception and family planning needs, and need different testing and prevention.

Be as frank and honest as you can with your primary healthcare provider about your queerness, what kinds of partners you have, and specific questions you have about sexual health and STI/STD prevention.

If you have questions or concerns, contact us at LGBTQ Merced for a personalized referral.
