Applications are open now for the second annual Merced Zine Fest! Our first Fest in 2025 was such a huge success, this year we are in an even bigger venue – the Merced Main Library.
Top consideration will go to applicants who make zines and comics. However, we are also accepting applications from artists who make prints, stickers, and other art! We also love anarchist books and pamphlets, and anything revolutionary! The history of zines begins with pamphlets, posters and small books spreading revolutionary ideas during the American and French revolutions.
